Who is going to invest in Notre Dame rebuilding?

The social media and all of the news resources have been flooded with videos and photos of Notre Dame ablaze. And with good reason. This church is nearly 900 years old and it has withstood everything that the history of France threw at it all these years. And one small spark destroyed the gorgeous roof and the spire on it.

With everything that has been destroyed there is a real question – where can the humanity find money to restore the great cathedral? The answer is obviously rich investors who want their name to be preserved not only in the Forbes lists but also in the something really historic – something that is going to last for centuries.

And we understand that intention fully. That is why we already should remember the names of those who are going to help history be restored and preserved for the future generations to come.

Last week ago Tim Cook – the CEO of Apple tweeted that Apple is going to give money for the restoration of the Cathedral.

So far such companies as LVMH – a conglomerate which owns the luxury fashion brands Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and Givenchy and Total - the French energy company as well stated that they are going to pledge donations to restore the great Notre Dame. Ubisoft – game developing company, who are also going to be helping with restoring Notre Dame by giving the French government 1:1 3D computer model of the cathedral.
