The country of Georgia is known all over the world as one of the countries with the best wine. Even though millennia-long relationship of Georgians with wine have already left their imprint on history and culture in the region, it seems that Georgians want to invest more in their favorite drink.
According to the recent reports, Georgians have set their minds on finding or making a kind of grape bush that is going to be able to grow on Mars. Georgian scientists want to leave their own unique imprint on humanity’s desire to develop agriculture and live on Mars someday in the distant future.
The ‘wine project’ first got its start in 2016 when Elon Musk stated that SpaceX is going to develop a program for people to colonize Mars.
Right now the program is far from being over even though one thing is clear – white grapes are going to be the best for Mars conditions.
